About Pro Money Management
Welcome to Pro Money Management! Our combined team of professionals has over 100 year's experience in Accounting, Taxation, Business Development, Property Investment, and Self Managed Superannuation Funds. The Qualifications held include CPA membership, and financial planning qualifications and registrations.
 Our specialty is small business, and "investment aware" individual clients, who are looking at the correct structuring of property and equity investments.
Our firm employs a team of staff and associates and allocates a personal support team to each client, in order to assist the director to service you.
Our aim in doing this is to maintain a high level of service to our clients by providing you with a dedicated team of people who will know your affairs intimately.
Our firm's success has been due to the high quality of advice given and to the friendly personal service offered. As a result, almost all of our new clients come to us as a result of enthusiastic referrals from existing clients.
Biographies
Stuart Smith - Director
I have been operating as a public accountant since 1991, having started the practice with a handful of clients, and seen it grow through various incarnations onto what it is today.
As well as undertaking the taxation and financial advisory activities of the business, a lot of my "office" time is spent in working with our team members in keeping them fully informed on our clients situations, and working out the right strategies for your situation.
Outside of work, (when I get the chance to!) I enjoy a game of golf, art galleries, playing the guitar and dancing, as well as time with friends and family.
Bernadine Crute - Receptionist / P.A.
I'm Bernadine (or Bam), I am the baby (21 years old) of Pro Money Management.
My back ground is in the Performing Arts, so I live a double life of being in the office by day and pursuing a singing career.
As well as providing comic relief in the office, I also take care of Admin and correspondence regarding Clients.
Darwin born and bred I bring a bubbly atmosphere to the accounting firm, although I'm sure that most of you know that its never a dull moment here at Pro Money Management
On a serious note, I love my job and the people that I work with, and look forward to getting to know all of our clients.
Jessica Phelan - Accounts Officer
My name is Jessica Phelan and I am the Accounts Officer at Pro Money Management. I am a bookkeeper by trade and outside of working here, my husband and I run a plastering business, in which I do the bookkeeping for as well. I have a passion for crunching numbers and running small business' and take pride in having all my bookkeeping accurate down to the cent!
When I'm not playing with numbers, I am either taking short breaks to Bendigo or Canberra where I have family, going out for dinner with friends, entertaining at home and walking my 2 Maltese-Shitzu's

Outside work interests: Travel, been to Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, HK, NZ.

Vicki Ren - Junior Client Manager
My name is Vicki Ren. I am one of the accountants. I am an associate member of CPA and got my Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Adelaide.
I like taking photos and watch movies.
Pro Money Management is a great place to work at. People here very friendly and very professional as well. We have music and great coffee in our office. Everything here is fantastic!

Julie Shield - Filing co-ordinator
Hi my name is Julie, I joined the Pro Money Management team in February 2007 to take on the task of overhauling the filing system.
I have a library technician degree and 10 years experience working in the Public Library sector.
I am married with 2 children, ages 8 and 6- who keep my on my toes.
My husband and I are currently building a holiday home in the beautiful country landscaped are of Tolmie (Mansfield) and I am looking forward to the day that I can sit back with a Southern Comfort & Coke in one hand, book in the other, and enjoying the magnificent views.
I also enjoy water skiing (not much of that being done with the drought though!) and just chilling out with a book (not much of that getting done either!!).
One day I hope to travel to Vanuatu and see the Orca Whales in their natural environment..
