The Grand Plan
We all have one. A Plan for wealth, success, financial freedom. A "Grand Plan" to be rid of our job, our mortgage, our credit card debt, or to travel the world for months on end.
It may be different for each of us, but there is one common link - it is a desire to achieve something that we don't have yet, but that we believe, if we just got some clear direction, advice, assistance and a clear plan, we could achieve.
And all too often, you end up getting "advice" from a whole range of people, advisers etc that does not all 'gel', as each one of them is looking at your situation form one narrow viewpoint. In the end, you end up more confused than when you started off.
So, this is where we come in.
We can provide you with the guidance, the advice and the assistance, to help you with your plan. And we do it taking into account ALL of your needs, not just focused on selling you a particular product or service.
Now, this will not be some quick fix, overnight job. Nor will it cost you bucketloads in upfront fees, leaving you without the funds that you need to actually make a difference.
Instead, it is a package of services and advice that enable you to get your plans in place, keep working on them, and progressively, achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
We start with an analysis of your current position. This is a 'warts n all' review of where you are at now, and a discussion of where you want to go, and what you want to achieve, and over what time line. We then review this report, in order to map out a plan for you to work on to start to achieve your goals.
We work on a number of fronts; to both help you reduce costs, and get your investment plans going.
- Firstly, we look at your current situation, and put together a plan to review your various areas and issues, establishing a working plan for the year.
- Then, we arrange a review of your current mortgages and finance, and see if we can get a better deal for you, to both save you money, and put you in a position to invest in other assets.
- After that, we undertake a review of the most suitable investments for your needs, and implement the proper strategies to achieve your goals.
- Next, we look at suitable tax effective investments that will provide cashflow over the medium term, as well as save you tax in the current and future years.
- We look at items like your insurance needs, your superannuation position and the like, to ensure that you, your family and your plans are properly protected, now and in the future.
- Of course, we will do your tax returns for the year, as well as provide audit insurance and any tax variations that may be required in order to get your tax savings in advance for you in future years.
- We will meet with you through the year to review your situation and ensure that all is working to plan. You will also receive newsletters and information from us, as well as exclusive access to investment opportunities and information that is provided to us by our network of associates.
- Individual Tax returns for the year. (and priority booking service for the preparation of your returns)
- Tax variations to reduce the amount of tax you pay via your salary each pay period. (1 per annum)
- Annual Tax audit insurance, protecting you against the cost of defending your tax claims.
- Financial needs analysis and report.
- Financial planning session, to implement and then review your strategies.
- 2 tax planning or general advice sessions to assist you with your tax and financial strategies. These are booked proactively for you at relevant times of the year.
- Tax kits, to help you keep track of your claims for tax time, both personal and investment.
- Email newsletters, investment opportunities and presentations
- Information seminars on property, managed investments, shares, art investments, loan finance and other relevant topics and priority booking for all seminars that we present through the year.
The All up value of the package?
If we were to provide these services separately to you through the year, the cost would be between $2,000 and $3,000 p.a. for an individual, or a couple.
Your investment?
You pay a simple monthly instalment over the 12 months of the plan.
For a single membership - $130 per month
For a couple membership - $180 per month.
Your savings on the value of the individual services is over $700 on the plan.
But wait - there is more!
With the provision of these services, there may be times that, when you implement the advice and the items that we recommend to you, that we will receive an up front commission payment from our associates. Where we do receive these commissions, we will rebate them to you up to the value of your annual Grand Plan fees. So you may find that the services are all provided to you free of charge for the year.
